How to configure Grande Communications for your iOS Device

How to setup Grande Communications:

Mail app may find the e-mail configuration automatically then complete setting up your account. Apply the following steps first in order to find out if that is possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and tap Accounts
2. Click Add Account > Other, and click Add Mail Account
3. Type your name, your email address, your password with a description for account.
4. Tap Next. Mail should try and find the email configuration and complete setting your account. If the Mail app finds your e-mail settings, tap Done to finish your setup.

In case Mail didn't find your e-mail settings, it means that you have to enter them yourself. You may need the information below:

Setup Needed for Receiving E-mail using POP

Settings Needed for Sending Mail (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP. If you are not certain which one to opt for, contact Grande Communications.
2. Type the information (You might refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
3. If the mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If your e-mail configuration is incorrect, you'll be asked to modify those settings.
4. In case you still aren't able to setup your account, or store your settings, contact your email provider.
