Setting up Hanmail.net for an Android Tablet

Configuring Hanmail.net

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Settings

1. Select the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both protocols. You may want to see the table below for possible protocols.
   • IMAP will store the e-mails on the server, and it will keep a cached copy on your Android device. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 downloads the mails from the server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Type the password for the mail address and tap Next.
3. Please use the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup

1. After you type in the configuration, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
