How to configure Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp for an iOS Device

Setting up Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp:

It is possible that the Mail app will find your e-mail parameters itself then complete setting up your account. Follow these steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail then tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, click Other, and tap Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name, your email address, your password then a description for your account
4. Click Next. Mail should now try to find the mail parameters and set up your account. If Mail finds your e-mail configuration, click Done to finish your account setup.

In case the Mail app couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them yourself. We think you will need the following information:

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP If you are not certain which one to select, contact Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp
2. Type the required details (You will want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your email setup is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the mail configuration is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to modify the configuration
4. In case you still can't set up the account, or store the e-mail settings, contact your email provider.
