How to configure Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp for an iOS Device

Setting up Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp:

It is possible that the Mail app will find your e-mail parameters itself then complete setting up your account. Follow these steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail and tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, tap Other, and click Add Mail Account.
3. Type your name, your email address, your password with a description for account
4. Tap Next. Mail should now try to find the mail configuration and complete setting your account. If Mail finds your e-mail configuration, tap Done to finish your setup.

In case the Mail app couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them yourself. We think you will need the following information:

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to select, contact Kuc.biglobe.ne.jp
2. Type the required details (You will want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the mail configuration is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to edit those settings.
