Setting up Letsgo.com.au for an Android Device

Setting up Letsgo.com.au

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
  2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Add another account.
  4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
    • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
    • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
  5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Settings

  1. Select the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services support both protocols! Refer to the information below for the correct parameters.
    • IMAP stores the e-mails on the server, but it will show a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting for most users.
    • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your Android device.
  2. Enter the password for your email address and tap Next.
  3. Use the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
  4. Tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Configuration Required for Sending E-mail (via SMTP)

  1. After you type in the configuration, tap Next.
  2. Check Require sign-in
  3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
  4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
