Setting up Letsgo.com.au for an Android Device

Setting up Letsgo.com.au

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
  2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Add another account.
  4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
    • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
    • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
  5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Settings

  1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not support both. You may want to see the information below for available protocols.
    • IMAP protocol will store the emails on the server and it will keep a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting for most users.
    • POP3 downloads the mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your device.
  2. Type the passphrase for the e-mail account and tap Next.
  3. Please use the following table to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
  4. Click Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.

Configuration Required for Sending E-mail (via SMTP)

  1. After you type in the configuration, tap Next.
  2. Check Require sign-in
  3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
  4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
