How to set up Optimus

Mail can find the parameters automatically, then complete setting up your account. Follow these steps in order to find out if that is possible:

1. Open Settings, then Mail then tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account > Other then tap Add Mail Account
3. Enter your name, email address, your password with a description for your account
4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try and find the e-mail parameters and finish setting your account. If Mail finds the e-mail parameter, click Done to finish your account setup.

If the Mail app hasn't been able to find your email parameters, then you will need to enter them yourself. You will find the following table useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account. If you don't know which one to select, contact Optimus
2. Enter the required details (You may have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If your e-mail settings are incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to edit the configuration.
4. In case you still can't setup your email account, or save the e-mail settings, contact the provider.
