How to configure mailhaven.com for your Android Phone

Setting up mailhaven.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving Email

1. Choose the type of mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not provide both! Please refer to the information below for available parameters.
   • IMAP will store the e-mails on the server but it will show a copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended protocol in most cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Type the password for the mail address and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Settings Required for Receiving E-mail using IMAP

Settings Required for Sending E-mail (using SMTP)

1. After you enter the parameters, click Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
