How to configure 8tamail.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Server Configuration

1. Choose the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services support both protocols. Please refer to the table below for available settings.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the mails on the server, but it will keep a copy on your Android device. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the emails from the server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Enter the passphrase for the mail account and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming Mail (POP) Settings

Outgoing Mail Settings (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are entered, you can tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please use the following table in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.
