
Setting up Nctc.com for your Android Phone
In this post we will try to demonstrate setting up Nctc.com using IMAP and SMTP for your Android Phone in a straightforward language.

Setting up Nctc.com
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
 - In the top right, tap your profile picture.
 - Tap Add another account.
 - Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
 - If you don't see your email service, select Other.
 
 - Enter your email address and tap Next.
 
Incoming E-mail Server Setup
- Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services support both options! Refer to the table below for possible settings.
- IMAP keeps the mails on the server but it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol in almost all cases.
 - POP3 downloads the mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your device.
 
 - Type in the password for your e-mail account and click Next.
 - Please see the following table in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
 - Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Configuration Required for Sending Mail (using SMTP)
- Once the parameters are typed in, you can tap Next.
 - Enable Require sign-in
 - Please refer to the information below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
 - Tap Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
