How to configure Netcabo for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring Netcabo

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Needed for Receiving Mail

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both protocols! You may want to see the information below for available parameters.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the e-mails on the server but it will keep a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type the passphrase for your e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

1. Once the settings are filled in, click Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Use the information below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Tap Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.
