How to configure Netvigator.com for your Android Tablet

What is Netvigator.com:

Netvigator is a residential Internet service provider in Hong Kong, operated as a brand of Hong Kong Telecom, a subsidiary of PCCW. The company did offer iTV, an interactive movie television network that allowed users to watch movies on their TV screen by demand. Setting up Netvigator.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Configuration

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both! Refer to the information below for possible parameters.
   • IMAP will store the mails on the server, and it will keep a cached copy on your Android device. IMAP is the recommended protocol for most users.
   • POP3 downloads the emails from the remote server and it will keep them on your Android device.
2. Type the passphrase for your mail account and tap Next.
3. Please use the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Outgoing Mail Settings (via SMTP)

1. Once the settings are entered, you can tap Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.
