Setting up Neuf.fr for an Android Phone

Configuring Neuf.fr:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Settings Required for Receiving Mail

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services support both! You may want to check out the table below for available protocols.
   • IMAP will store the e-mails on the server but it will keep a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the emails from the server and it will keep them on your device.
2. Type in the password for your email address and click Next.
3. Please see the table below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Configuration

Configuration Required for Sending Email (using SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are filled in, you can tap Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Use the following table in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.
