Setting up Ntlworld.com for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)
In this post we will try to teach you how to configure Ntlworld.com using IMAP and SMTP for a Samsung Galaxy (Android) in a simple fashion.

How to set up Ntlworld.com:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Settings Required for Receiving E-mail
- Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not provide both! Refer to the information below for the correct protocols.
- IMAP protocol will store the e-mails on the server, and it will keep a copy on your device. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
- POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
- Enter the passphrase for the mail address and tap Next.
- Please refer to the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
- Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Configuration Required for Sending Mail (using SMTP)
- After you type the settings, click Next.
- Turn on Require sign-in
- Use the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
- Now click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
