How to configure Nvbell.net for your iOS Device

With this article I will simply summarize setting up Nvbell.net using IMAP and SMTP in an easy to follow way!

Configuring Nvbell.net:

It is possible that the Mail app will find your email parameters itself, and complete setting up your account. Apply the following steps first in order to try:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, and click Accounts.
  2. Click Add Account, tap Other, and click Add Mail Account
  3. Enter your name (can be any name), email address, your password with a description for account
  4. Click Next. Mail will try and find the e-mail parameters and finish your account setup. If the Mail app finds the e-mail parameter, tap Done to finish your account setup.

In case Mail couldn't find your mail settings, it means that you will have to enter them yourself. You may find the following information useful:

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Setup

UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSYes

Outgoing E-mail Configuration

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select either IMAP or POP If you aren't certain which one to choose, contact Nvbell.net.
  2. Type the information (You will want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
  3. If your email settings are correct, tap Save to complete . If your mail configuration is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to edit the configuration.
  4. If you still can't set up the email account, or store the settings, contact Nvbell.net.
