How to configure PEPB Online

Mail app can find the e-mail settings itself then set up your account. Apply the following steps to try:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail then tap Accounts
  2. Tap Add Account > Other and tap Add Mail Account
  3. Type in your name, email address, password with a description for account
  4. Tap Next. Mail will now try and find the mail parameters and finish setting your account. If the Mail app finds the e-mail configuration, click Done to complete your account setup.

In case the Mail app can't find your email configuration, then you need to enter them yourself. I think you may find the info below useful:

Incoming Mail (POP) Configuration

Server Hostnamemail.pepb.net
Server Port110
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Outgoing Mail Server Settings (using SMTP)

Server Hostnamemail.pepb.net
Server Port25
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select IMAP or POP for your new account. If you are not sure which one to select, contact PEPB Online
  2. Type the required information (You may refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
  3. If your e-mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your mail configuration is incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit those settings
  4. If you still can't configure the email account, or store the email settings, contact PEPB Online.
