Configuring Qwestoffice.net:

Mail may find your e-mail parameters itself, then set up your account. Apply the following steps in order to try:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail, and click Accounts
  2. Click Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account
  3. Type in your name, your email address, your password then a description for account.
  4. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the mail parameters and set up your account. If Mail finds the email parameter, tap Done to complete your setup.

If Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you have to enter them yourself. I think you may need the information below:

Incoming E-mail (POP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Settings

UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to choose, contact Qwestoffice.net
  2. Type in the information (You may refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
  3. If your e-mail setup is correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit those settings.
  4. If you still can't set up the e-mail account or save the settings, contact the email provider.
