How to set up ssl-mail.com for an Android Tablet

Configuring ssl-mail.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Setup

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both options. Refer to the information below for the correct protocols.
   • IMAP will store the emails on the server but it will keep a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol in almost all cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the server and it will keep them on your Android device.
2. Enter the password for your email account and tap Next.
3. Please use the information below to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Settings

Outgoing E-mail Configuration (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are filled in, tap Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
