Setting up Swbell.net for an Android Tablet
In this blog I will simply teach you setting up Swbell.net with IMAP and SMTP for an Android Device in a simple language!

Configuring Swbell.net
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Incoming Mail Settings
- Select the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both. You may want to check out the information below for available protocols.
- IMAP keeps the emails on the server but it will show a cached copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended setting for almost all users.
- POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
- Enter the passphrase for the e-mail account and tap Next.
- Please refer to the information below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
- Tap Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.

Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |

Outgoing E-mail Setup (via SMTP)
- Once the settings are filled in, tap Next.
- Select Require sign-in
- Refer to the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
- Now tap Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
