Setting up T-com.ck:
Mail app may find your email configuration automatically and complete setting up your account. Follow these steps first in order to find out if that is possible:
- Go to Settings > Mail, and click Accounts.
- Click Add Account, then Other, and tap Add Mail Account
- Enter your name (can be any name), your email address, your password with a description for account.
- Tap Next. Mail should try to find the mail parameters and complete setting your account. If the Mail app finds the email settings, click Done to complete your setup.
In case Mail couldn't find your mail settings, it means that you will need to enter them manually. We think you will need the following information:
Incoming E-mail (POP) Configuration
Server Hostname | pop.t-com.ck |
Server Port | 110 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | No |
Outgoing Mail Settings (using SMTP)
Server Hostname | mail.t-com.ck |
Server Port | 25 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | No |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Select either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to opt for, contact T-com.ck.
- Type the required information (You will want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
- If the mail settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit them.
- If you still can't set up your e-mail account, or store your settings, contact your e-mail provider.
