How to configure T-com.zd for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring T-com.zd:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Setup

1. Choose the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services support both options. Please check out the information below for available parameters.
   • IMAP protocol will keep the emails on the server, and it will keep a copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended setting in most cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Enter the passphrase for your mail account and tap Next.
3. Please see the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Setup Required for Receiving Email with POP

Outgoing Mail Server Settings (using SMTP)

1. After you type in the parameters, you can click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Use the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.
