How to configure Telia.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Server Setup

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services provide both options. Please refer to the information below for available protocols.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the emails on the server, but it will keep a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type the passphrase for the e-mail account and tap Next.
3. Please use the following table to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Tap Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Settings

Outgoing Mail Server Configuration (via SMTP)

1. Once the settings are typed in, you can click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Please see the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.
