Configuring Telusplanet.net for your iOS Device

Configuring Telusplanet.net:

It is possible that the Mail app will find the email settings automatically, then set up your account. Follow the following steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, then Other, then click Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name (can be any name), email address, your password with a description for your account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app should try to find the mail parameters and finish your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail configuration, click Done to finish your setup.

In case Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, then you will have to enter them yourself. I think you will find the following information useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP. If you aren't sure which one to opt for, contact Telusplanet.net.
2. Type in the details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If the email configuration is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify the configuration
