Configuring Terra

It is possible that Mail will find your email parameters automatically, and set up your account. Follow these steps in order to see if it will:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail then click Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account > Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Type your name (can be any name), your email address, password and a description for account.
  4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try to find the mail settings and set up your account. If the Mail app finds your e-mail settings, click Done to complete your account setup.

If the Mail app can't find your mail settings, then you will have to enter them manually. I think you will find the information below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account If you aren't sure which one to choose, contact Terra.
  2. Type in the required details (You might want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
  3. If your mail configuration is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the mail settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit them
  4. In case you still can't configure the email account, or save your settings, contact your e-mail provider.
