How to configure T-com.zg
Mail app can find your email parameters automatically and configure your account. Apply the following steps to find out if that is possible:
- Go to Settings > Mail then click Accounts.
- Tap Add Account > Other, and click Add Mail Account
- Type your name, your email address, your password then a description for account
- Click Next. The Mail app will now try and find the e-mail configuration and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail parameter, tap Done to finish your setup.
In case the Mail app hasn't been able to automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them yourself. We think you may need the information below:
Settings Needed for Receiving Email using POP
Server Hostname | pop.t-com.zg |
Server Port | 110 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |

Settings Needed for Sending Email
Server Hostname | mail.t-com.zg |
Server Port | 25 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |

Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Select IMAP or POP for your new account If you don't know which one to select, contact T-com.zg.
- Enter the information (You may take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
- If the mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the e-mail setup is incorrect, the app will ask you to edit the configuration.
- In case you still aren't able to setup the email account or save your settings, contact the email provider.
