Setting up iBox

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
  2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Add another account.
  4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
    • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
    • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
  5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Configuration Needed for Receiving Email

  1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not provide both protocols! Please check out the information below for the correct settings.
    • IMAP will keep the mails on the server but it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
    • POP3 will download the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your Android device.
  2. Type the passphrase for your email account and tap Next.
  3. Use the following table to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
  4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.
