Configuring Truemail.co.th for your Android Device

How to configure Truemail.co.th

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Settings

1. Choose the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not support both protocols. Refer to the table below for possible protocols.
   • IMAP protocol will keep the e-mails on the server, but it will show a copy on your Android device. IMAP is the recommended setting in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type the passphrase for your mail account and click Next.
3. Please refer to the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Tap Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Incoming E-mail (POP) Settings

Settings Needed for Sending Mail (via SMTP)

1. After you enter the configuration, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please use the table below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.
