Setting up Twc.com for your iPad/iPhone

Setting up Twc.com:

Mail may find the email configuration itself and configure your account. Apply the following steps first in order to see if that will be possible:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, and tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, click Other then click Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, your password and a description for account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app should try to find the email configuration and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the email configuration, tap Done to complete your account setup.

If Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, then you need to enter them yourself. I think you may find the following table useful:

Outgoing E-mail Server Configuration (via SMTP)

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Configuration

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP. If you aren't certain which one to select, contact Twc.com
2. Type in the information (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
3. If your mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the mail setup is incorrect, you'll be asked to edit the configuration
4. If you still aren't able to configure your e-mail account, or store the e-mail settings, contact the provider.
