Configuring Uol.com for an iPad/iPhone

Setting up Uol.com

Mail app can find the email configuration itself then configure your account. Follow the following steps in order to find out if that will be possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail and tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, then Other and click Add Mail Account.
3. Type your name, your email address, password with a description for account
4. Tap Next. The Mail app should now try and find the e-mail parameters and set up your account. If the Mail app finds your email configuration, tap Done to complete your setup.

In case the Mail app couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them yourself. You will find the table below useful:

Settings Needed for Receiving E-mail via POP

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP. If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Uol.com
2. Type the details (You might refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If your e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If your e-mail configuration is incorrect, the app will ask you to modify the configuration
4. In case you still can't setup the account, or save the e-mail settings, contact your e-mail provider.
