Setting up Virginbroadband.com.au for your iPad/iPhone

Setting up Virginbroadband.com.au:

It is possible that the Mail app will find the email settings automatically, and configure your account. Follow these steps in order to try:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail, and tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Type your name (can be any name), email address, password and a description for account
  4. Tap Next. The Mail app should now try and find the mail parameters and set up your account. If Mail finds the e-mail parameter, click Done to complete your setup.

If Mail couldn't find your email settings, then you will have to enter them manually. You will find the information below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose either IMAP or POP. If you aren't sure which one to choose, contact Virginbroadband.com.au.
  2. Enter the required details (You may want to take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
  3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to finish . If your mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them.
  4. If you still can't set up your e-mail account or store the email settings, contact your email provider.
