Configuring Yahoo.co.kr for an iOS Device

What is Yahoo.co.kr:

Yahoo! Mail is an email service launched on October 8, 1997, by the American company Yahoo, Inc. It offers four different email plans: three for personal use (Basic, Plus, and Ad Free) and another for businesses. As of January 2020, Yahoo! Mail has 225 million users. Users are able to access and manage their mailboxes using webmail interface, accessible using a standard web browser. Some accounts also supported the use of standard mail protocols (POP3 and SMTP). Configuring Yahoo.co.kr:

It is possible that the Mail app will find your e-mail configuration itself, and complete setting up your account. Follow the following steps to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail and click Accounts
2. Click Add Account, then Other then tap Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name (can be any name), email address, password and a description for account
4. Tap Next. The Mail app will now try to find the email configuration and complete setting your account. If Mail finds your email parameter, tap Done to finish your account setup.

In case the Mail app couldn't find your mail configuration, it means that you have to enter them manually. We think you will find the info below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP If you are not certain which one to opt for, contact Yahoo.co.kr
2. Type in the required information (You may want to take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to finish the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them.
4. In case you still aren't able to set up the e-mail account or store the settings, contact your e-mail provider.
