How to configure Yandex.ru for your iPhone

First, a few words about Yandex.ru:

How to configure Yandex.ru:

Mail app may find the e-mail parameters itself, then set up your account. Follow these steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts
2. Click Add Account, tap Other then tap Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, password then a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail will now try and find the e-mail settings and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the email configuration, tap Done to complete your account setup.

In case Mail can't automatically set up your account, it means that you will need to enter them manually. I think you will need the following information:

Outgoing Mail Server Settings

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Setup

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you are not certain which one to choose, contact Yandex.ru
2. Type in the required details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If your mail configuration is correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, the app will ask you to modify them
4. In case you still aren't able to configure the account, or store your settings, contact your email provider.
