Configuring Colton-wa.com for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring Colton-wa.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving Mail

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services provide both options! Refer to the table below for the correct settings.
   • IMAP will store the mails on the server but it will keep a copy on your Android device. IMAP is the recommended setting in almost all cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the server and it will keep them on your device.
2. Type in the password for your e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Please use the following table in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.

1. Once the parameters are filled in, you can click Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
3. Refer to the information below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Tap Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.
