Configuring Hawaii.rr.com

Mail can find your email configuration itself, then configure your account. Apply the following steps to find out if that will be possible:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and click Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name, email address, password and a description for your account
4. Tap Next. The Mail app should now try and find the mail configuration and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail configuration, tap Done to finish your setup.

If the Mail app couldn't find your mail settings, it means that you have to enter them yourself. You may need the information below:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Hawaii.rr.com
2. Enter the required information (You may take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If your e-mail setup is correct, click Save to finish . If your mail configuration is incorrect, you'll be asked to edit the configuration.
4. If you still aren't able to setup the email account or save your e-mail settings, contact your provider.
