Setting up inoutbox.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Settings

1. Select the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both protocols! Refer to the information below for possible protocols.
   • IMAP will store the mails on the server, but it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 downloads the emails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type in the passphrase for the email address and click Next.
3. Please refer to the table below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Setup Needed for Receiving E-mail with IMAP

Outgoing E-mail Server Settings (using SMTP)

1. Once the settings are entered, tap Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
