Configuring Insight.rr.com for your Android Phone

What is Insight.rr.com:

Setting up Insight.rr.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Server Setup

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services support both options! Refer to the table below for possible settings.
   • IMAP stores the e-mails on the server but it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol in most cases.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
2. Enter the password for your e-mail account and click Next.
3. Please refer to the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

Setup Required for Receiving E-mail using IMAP

Outgoing Mail Configuration (using SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are typed in, you can tap Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
3. Use the following table in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
