Configuring letterboxes.org for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

How to configure letterboxes.org:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving E-mail

1. Choose the type of mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services provide both! Refer to the information below for the correct parameters.
   • IMAP will keep the e-mails on the server, and it will keep a copy on your Android device. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Type in the passphrase for your e-mail address and click Next.
3. Please see the following table in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Settings Required for Sending Mail

1. After you enter the parameters, you can click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Refer to the information below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.
