Setting up Live.jp for your iPad/iPhone

Setting up Live.jp:

Mail may find the configuration itself, then set up your account. Follow the following steps in order to try:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, and tap Accounts
2. Click Add Account > Other then tap Add Mail Account
3. Type your name (can be any name), your email address, password and a description for your account
4. Tap Next. Mail should now try and find the email configuration and finish setting your account. If the Mail app finds your email configuration, click Done to finish your account setup.

If Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you have to enter them yourself. I think you will find the information below useful:

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Server Setup (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP. If you are not certain which one to choose, contact Live.jp
2. Type in the required information (You might want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the email settings are correct, tap Save to complete the setup. If your email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them
4. If you still aren't able to configure your account or store your email settings, contact your e-mail provider.
