Configuring Myfairpoint.net for an Android Tablet

Setting up Myfairpoint.net:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Incoming Mail Configuration
- Choose the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both protocols. You may want to see the information below for the correct settings.
- IMAP will keep the emails on the server and it will show a copy on your device. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
- POP3 downloads the emails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
- Type in the passphrase for your e-mail account and click Next.
- Refer to the information below to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
- Click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Outgoing E-mail Settings (via SMTP)
- Once the settings are filled in, tap Next.
- Select Require sign-in
- Please see the table below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
- Now click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.
