How to configure Mysoul.com.au for an iPad/iPhone

With this post I will teach you setting up Mysoul.com.au with POP and SMTP in a straightforward fashion.

Setting up Mysoul.com.au

Mail app can find your e-mail parameters automatically, and configure your account. Apply these steps first in order to see if that will be possible:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail and click Accounts
  2. Tap Add Account, tap Other, and tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your name (can be any name), your email address, password then a description for account
  4. Tap Next. The Mail app will now try to find the email parameters and finish your account setup. If the Mail app finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your setup.

In case the Mail app didn't automatically set up your account, it means that you will have to enter them manually. You may need the following information:

Outgoing E-mail Setup (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select IMAP or POP If you are not sure which one to choose, contact Mysoul.com.au.
  2. Enter the details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
  3. If your mail configuration is correct, click Save to finish . If the mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them
  4. In case you still can't configure the e-mail account or store your e-mail settings, contact Mysoul.com.au.
