How to set up New.rr.com for an Android Device

Configuring New.rr.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Setup

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both protocols. Refer to the information below for possible parameters.
   • IMAP stores the e-mails on the server, and it will keep a copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended protocol in almost all cases.
   • POP3 downloads the emails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Type in the password for your email address and tap Next.
3. Refer to the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Tap Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Settings

Configuration Required for Sending Email (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are filled in, click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please use the information below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
