Setting up Panhandle.rr.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Needed for Receiving Email

1. Choose the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both protocols! Please check out the table below for available protocols.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the mails on the server, but it will keep a copy on your device. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type the passphrase for your email address and tap Next.
3. Please use the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Configuration

Outgoing Mail Settings (using SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are filled in, click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Refer to the table below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
