How to configure RCN for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

How to configure RCN:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving E-mail

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services provide both! You may want to refer to the table below for available settings.
   • IMAP protocol will store the mails on the server and it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for most users.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
2. Enter the password for the e-mail account and tap Next.
3. Please see the information below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.

1. Once the parameters are typed in, you can click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the table below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.
