Configuring T-com.du for your iPad/iPhone
With this article we will simply teach you configuring T-com.du with POP and SMTP in an easy to follow language!

How to setup T-com.du:
Mail app may find your e-mail configuration automatically and configure your account. Apply the following steps to see if it can:
- Go to Settings > Mail, then click Accounts
- Click Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account
- Type in your name, email address, your password then a description for account.
- Tap Next. The Mail app should now try to find the mail configuration and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the e-mail settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.
In case Mail can't find your mail configuration, it means that you will need to enter them manually. You may need the information below:
Setup Needed for Receiving E-mail via POP
Server Hostname | pop.t-com.du |
Server Port | 110 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | No |
Settings Needed for Sending Mail (via SMTP)
Server Hostname | mail.t-com.du |
Server Port | 25 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | No |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Select either IMAP or POP for your new account If you are not certain which one to choose, contact T-com.du
- Type in the information (You may take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
- If your mail setup is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the mail settings are incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit those settings.
- In case you still are not able to set up the email account, or save the email settings, contact T-com.du.
