How to set up Today.com for your Android Tablet

Setting up Today.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Server Setup

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not support both protocols! Refer to the table below for available protocols.
   • IMAP keeps the e-mails on the server, and it will display a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting for most users.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Type in the passphrase for the mail account and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Settings

Configuration Required for Sending Mail

1. After you type in the settings, you can click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.
