Setting up Nana10

It is possible that Mail will find your email settings itself then set up your account. Apply the following steps first in order to try:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail, then click Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account > Other and click Add Mail Account.
  3. Type your name, your email address, your password with a description for account.
  4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try and find the email settings and finish setting your account. If Mail finds your e-mail parameter, click Done to complete your setup.

If Mail hasn't been able to find your mail settings, then you need to enter them yourself. I think you may find the following information useful:

Incoming E-mail Server (POP) Configuration

Server Hostnamein.nana10.co.il
Server Port110
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationNONE
SSL/TLSNo

Configuration Needed for Sending E-mail (using SMTP)

Server Hostnameout.nana10.co.il
Server Port25
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose either IMAP or POP for your new account If you aren't sure which one to opt for, contact Nana10
  2. Type the details (You might have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
  3. If the email configuration is correct, click Save to finish . If your mail settings are incorrect, the app will ask you to modify them
  4. If you still are not able to setup your account, or save the settings, contact your email provider.
