Configuring T-com.vz for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

How to configure T-com.vz:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving E-mail

1. Choose the type of mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both protocols. Please check out the information below for available settings.
   • IMAP will store the emails on the server and it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type in the passphrase for the email account and click Next.
3. Please see the following table in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Incoming Mail Server (POP) Settings

Settings Required for Sending Mail (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are entered, you can click Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please use the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
