Configuring T-com.vz for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

How to configure T-com.vz:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving E-mail

1. Choose the type of mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both protocols. Refer to the information below for available settings.
   • IMAP protocol will store the mails on the server but it will show a cached copy on your device. IMAP is recommended for most users.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Type in the password for the email address and tap Next.
3. Please see the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

Incoming Mail Server (POP) Settings

Outgoing Mail Server Settings (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are entered, you can click Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please use the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
